Earn a degree at Forsyth Tech while working in the industry you are studying.
LEAP@ForsythTech is an apprenticeship program that gives you the opportunity to earn a wage and credentials at the same time.
This program includes:
- Hired by an approved LEAP@ForsythTech employer partner
- Given time away from work to attend classes
- Increased pay as skills are learned on the job
- Enroll in an approved Forsyth Tech program that corresponds with your apprentice job
- May qualify for tuition waivers, grants, or other funding to cover tuition, fees and books while in the program
- Earn a state and national Journeyworker credential when the program is completed
Requirements:
- 18 or older at the time the apprenticeship begins
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
